Return Policy 

Customers may exchange or return for store credit within 10 days from the receipt of the merchandise. Items must be returned in its original condition with tag(s) still attached.

Please note we can only exchange an item for the same article in a different size or color.

Refunds are not permissible. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.


Shipping Policy

USA Standard Shipping: Orders placed using this service will usually arrive in 7 - 10 business days with a trackable service and insurance (excludes weekends, public holidays and federal holidays). 

USA 2nd Day Express: Orders placed using this service will usually arrive within 2 business days with a trackable service and insurance (excludes weekends, public holidays and federal holidays). Philadelphia only, based on product availability.

International Shipping: International Shipping is calculated at checkout. All international orders placed with USA standard or USA 2nd Day express will be instantly canceled. 

Please allow for 1 - 2-day processing. Once an item is signed for, we are no longer responsible for the package. 

Fraudulent Purchase Policy

Savage Series 8 has the right to cancel any purchase we believe to be fraudulent.

We want to make purchasing Savage Series 8 Collections online fast and easy. So when it comes time to make your Savage Series 8 purchase, you can use any of these payment options:

  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover

  • PayPal

  • Product Vouchers

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Pre-orders and Back-orders (except personalized or made-to-order) that have not yet shipped can be canceled by contacting or using our online chat (business hours only) Subject: "Help-Cancel", as soon as possible. Orders for items immediately available cannot be canceled or modified once they have been successfully processed. We advise you to follow the return instructions included in your package or refuse the shipment upon delivery, and it will be returned to our attention. Please note, all returned items will be issued store credit upon approval and merchandise review. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your store credit to be issued once it is approved. Made to order items and personalized items are considered a final sale and cannot be returned to for a refund. Once a Made to Order has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
